Week Three Discussion One

 Using one of three leadership models (Leadership or Managerial Grid, Four Framework Approach, and Situational Leadership), reflect upon your experience and give a specific example, of a situation or environment in which you can categorize the behavior of a leader (may be you) within one of the models.  Explain the categorization and what lessons you learned.  It may be a positive or a negative situation.  If you do not have a specific example, create a hypothetical situation or environment that you could categorize in one of the models.  Please do not give names of people or organizations that you do not want to be identified.
