Week 1 Content: Explore Group Dynamics

Address the following questions:    

· Why study group dynamics?

· What is the relationship of group dynamics to effective group leadership?  

Post an initial 350+ word discussion.

Write in a synthesis format balancing the course content with APA format cites AND your own real world examples. Your examples should be from your own work/organizational perspective (not generic examples). Each paragraph must have a cite including page numbers (this applies to the interaction posts also!).
