Your Capstone Project will entail designing a program evaluation system for a fictitious non-profit behavioral health agency.  Ideally, this will involve using a baseline data design.  Compare the different types of program evaluation designs discussed in Chapter 1 (pages 15 through 23).

• What are the advantages and disadvantages of each design? 
• Provide an example of a situation that would be well served by each type of design.
• Explain why a baseline data design would be appropriate for evaluating mental health and substance abuse programs.
