Assignment Directions: 

You will conduct an interview with a colleague or contact currently employed, focusing on their perceptions of the psychological contract with their employer. You will then write a 3–5-page report outlining the unwritten expectations from both the employee and employer perspectives. The report should analyze whether these expectations align and discuss the implications for organizational commitment and job satisfaction, using psychological contract theory as a framework.
