Solid managers guide their employees through productive feedback and giving feedback is a skill that managers can improve.  This discussion is based on your ability to give feedback.  First, take the “How Good is Your Feedback?” Quiz provided by MindTools.  Then in your post:

• Reflect on how well you give feedback and determine one way you can give better feedback in the future.
