Make any necessary revisions before submitting.

Module: Week Number	6

Module Title	The Connection between Disciple and Leader

Module Overview	In this module: week, you will examine the importance of disciple-making leaders and how to develop Great Commission leaders. The natural progression from seeker to disciple, from disciple to leader, and from leader to disciple-maker will also be explored.

Module Learning Outcomes	Upon successful completion of this module, you will be able to:
1	Discuss the roles of the disciple, leader, and equipper and how they relate to each other.
2	Identify what it means to be a Great Commission leader.
3	Evaluate overall church health and disciple making receptivity.
