Final Project CharterFull instructions are available in the attached instruction document. You will organize some of your completed Problem Sets into a Project Charter to be submitted at the end of the term. Design a full Project Charter similar to the one completed for the Residency Weekend. You will include your Business Case, Stakeholder ID, Project Scope Statement, Deliverables/Acceptance Criteria, WBS with Activities List, RACI Chart and Risk Register. Make corrections to these exercises as provided in grading feedback from the Instrutor. Ensure all inserted charts are legible. You will design this as an official document to be submited to the Project Sponsor; so ensure that it looks professional. You may add any additional sections, besides those listed, that you think would be beneficial to your overall product.
