Draft research paper is attached and needs to be finalized per the teachers comments, see below:

"As to content, you make statements that are not supported by a specific details - in your proper management sections you provide generalities but don't provide specifics (for example, on pg 5 in high quality standards you could talk about employee training programs, example, on pg 9 you talk about running a good business but don't provide any examples of such a business or compare and contrast different businesses who have run a good business and those who have not) In every one of these sections you need some supporting companies to demonstrate and prove your statements. As to format, your abstract should be on a separate page."
