Question:

What do you see as the main difference between a successful and unsuccessful decision? Describe your own personal decision making skills and what you have done to make your decisions more successful.

Comment:

The main difference between a successful and unsuccessful decision is noticing your weaknesses and your strengths. It gives you an opportunity to plan your mission, observe things, and figure out how you want them to be successful. I wanted to be be successful with my own business. My mind is always thinking of a plan. The main thing I always ask myself is what would be successful or not. In order to know what will be I would have to put my decisions into play.
