You are the leader of your organization and just learned your organization just suffered a large-scale loss of customer data?  Discuss what are the major steps that you would focus on immediately, in the first hours, and short- and long-term objectives.

Please compare and contrast examples where companies did this responsibly and where companies should have done more.
