Week 7 - Assignment: Evaluate and Compare Information Systems

For this assignment, you will compare the difference between several forms of information systems.
In your paper, be sure to include a discussion and comparison of:

• Executive information systems (EIS),
• 
  
• Decision support systems (DSS)
• 
  
• Management information systems (MIS).

Your analysis should also:

• Examine and recommend the best practices for utilizing executive information systems to
  transform data into knowledge for executive decision making.
• 
  
• Compare and contrast the benefits of leveraging the systems and how the systems improve the
  competitive advantage of the organization.

Support your paper with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
