Journal Assignment - Week 7

Participation in mutual help groups can be an empowering and profound experience. For many, it is life changing and an essential aspect of addiction recovery. For this Journal entry (1-2 pages), you should reflect on your experience in the mutual help group. Please share your reactions to the other participants, as well as any personal challenges you experienced. Also, please note how your experience enhanced your self-awareness and how your perceptions of mutual help groups have changed (if applicable).
