Best Practices Guide: Optimizing Distributed Team Performance 

Students will create a best practices guide (5-6 pages) for optimizing performance in remote or hybrid teams. The guide should cover key areas such as communication tools and techniques, strategies for maintaining team cohesion, and leadership practices that foster productivity and well-being. Students should use real-world examples and contemporary research to support their recommendations. Additionally, they will present their guide in a virtual workshop format to simulate training for managers. 

Submission Instructions:
