Watch:  Transformational Leadership in the Office

Explain why Michael is not a Transformational Leader and why he would not be accepting of change.  Be sure to use the course material to support your ideas and reasoning.

Learning Activity #2

There is a misperception among many people that the Association for Talent Development BEST Awards are won by large companies with big budgets and a large workforce. As you can see by the winners, especially Bass & Associates with 85 employees, it is not about size or budget but about commitment to developing your company’s talent.

Select a company from the Association for Talent Development BEST Awards from 2014’s Very BEST Learning Organizations. Research the company and explain why it received mention as a best example of a learning organization.  Be sure to use the course material to support your reasoning.
