This is a short video but has some very good suggestions. This principal made a conscious effort to "advocate" for her teachers to have the opportunity to collaborate. What is she doing that you have seen in your school? How can you apply her principles when you become a building administrator?

The link to the Wallace Foundation website is also included in this week's "Readings and Resources" section. It would be well worth your time to view each of these short videos that have great ideas. For example, what about having a student or students sit in on your professional learning community?
