Select a business in your town/area that is not currently being sold as a franchise—what could be done to help this business owner assess their market? What market niche is their business filling?  For example, if they are a clothing brand, what is their market niche? High-end shoppers, budget/thrift shoppers, Walmart moms, Hipsters, etc.
