  Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:  

look for specific, "real-world" applications of principles.

Think of a change in your own company or a company with which you are familiar. Who were the stakeholders in this change? Discuss what concerns different stakeholders might have and how communication is needed to address those concerns. 

1.) Outline the challenges for effectively implementing a strategic plan; discuss buy-in with stakeholders & stockholders. Address recommendations for measurable metrics to determine if the implementation is effective.

2.) Analyze the internal & external environmental challenges to assess the effectiveness of the strategic plan implementation.
