 The textbook, Politics of the Administrative Process, Chapter 11, Decision Making: Rationality and Risk focuses on the American Government and those working in its various branches. Congress, the president, the cabinet, advisers, agency bureaucrats, federal and state courts, political parties, interest groups, and the media—all of these groups influence political decisions in our democratic system of government. The results are the creation and implementation of public policies.
