You have been contacted to perform an impact evaluation of a youth truancy program. The program is designed to provide educational information about the importance of attending school. In addition, the program provides valuable information about the consequences of not attending school. The objectives of the program are: 

1. To raise the understanding of the consequences of truancy. 
2. To successfully complete an educational program on truancy. 

How would you measure the objectives and what statistical test would you perform?
