ETHICS & SUSTAINABILITY PLAN

Referring to your ongoing small business venture idea, discuss the following:

1. Identify the various stakeholder groups who impact/will be impacted by your business. Describe how you will interact with and maintain good relationships with these groups who have interests in your business. 

2. Describe the organizational culture you will instill and maintain. 

3. Describe the role leadership will have regarding ethics and sustainability. Describe this leadership style.

4. Regarding ethics, describe how you will train it and audit it in your organization.
