After reviewing this Chapter 6 in the course text and also two of the articles provided in the reading options, share;

• 1) your opinions on the best management practices when encouraging individual decision making in the workplace
• 2) how perceptions and individual decision making can have a positive impact on employee moral and an organization
• 3) how perceptions and individual decision making can have a negative impact on employee moral and an organization
