Week 5 Journal

The chapters this week discussed training and internal audit. For this week's journal entry, take a look at this website. After doing so, write a journal entry discussing how internal audit is an important component in developing training for employees.  Please address how: (1) internal audit may identify training needs; (2) training programs may guide internal audit planning; and (3) the two components work together to assist a company in assessing its compliance program.  End with a summary of your thoughts about these two  important components (training and auditing) in a compliance program.
