Week 5 (Feb 8 - 14) Organizational Structure and Change

Have you ever reported to more than one manager? What were the challenges of such a situation? If you have not been in such a situation describe how you believe you would handle the circumstances. As a manager, what can you do to help subordinates who find themselves in a situation such this one.
