Hello, thank you for presenting the information you found on this week's discussion topic of test bias. I found additional research on the topic. According to research presented by McCaffney et al., (2023) performance validity assessment plays a significant role in the results and therefore test bias needs to be minimized. The study focused primarily upon cultural bias and how this type of bias can significantly manipulate the validity of the test scores.

According to Murray et al., (2023) several factors need to be taken into consideration to assit in reducing test bias in general. One significant factor include's the need for researchers to gain an understanding of the  participants attributes (Murray et al., 2023). In doing so, an appropriate research design can be implented to meet the samples needs, which will interplay with the validity of the results. In what way, do you feel researchers can succesfully manage this technique, to adequately reduce test bias?
