Amrein-Beardsley did a study that indicates eight factors used to evaluate what it might take to recruit teachers to high-needs schools (pages 10-11). You will note that on page 14, the author has shows the results of the study from most to least important factors.

• As you look at these results, what can you learn from this graph?
• Were there surprises in the data?
• How would you address some of the factors the study indicated?
