Creasy watched Pita swim and observed that she was the fastest in the water but the slowest one off the blocks. He then coaches her as to what she can do next time. When Creasy mentioned that Pita was a "strong swimmer," he was being accurate and not using flattery.

• As you consider this brief video, what were the key moments?
