With globalization, information technology has become a key component of a corporation’s global business strategy. Many types of operational and specialized databases, including cloud storage, data warehouses, and Internet/intranet databases store and provide data and information for business processes and decision support. Explain how the growth of diversity in the business environment (i.e. employee ethnic cultures, languages, time zones, lifestyle preferences, global locations, etc.) has impacted the growth, storage, and management of the organization’s data.
