Lets focus on the billing process within the revenue cycle.  What is open-invoicing and which types of businesses would use it? Compare it with the balance-forward method. Why wouldn't one or the other suffice for all companies?  As we think about advances in technology, do you agree that billing will be the first activity in the revenue cycle to be eliminated in the future?
