W5 Assignment: Professional IT Membership and the Latest Technology Tools

Continue to build the IT solution. Discuss  your accomplishments and any challenges the project encountered. Include  the following in your capstone document (check the Appendices) and the  weekly progress report:

Explain why professional development is important.  Identify a variety of types  of resources you can use to stay abreast of the latest developments and  tools in your expected area of expertise.  Provide specifics and how  each one can be used to develop professionally.  Write out a plan for  ongoing professional development for the next five years.  Identify the  specific resources (include websites, course titles, etc) and costs.)
