First, define the difference between an accommodation and modification (they are different) in education.  Then, conduct a google search to find various ways that teachers accommodate students when taking assessments.  Describe the accommodation and how it might specifically support students with special needs.  In other words, why might teachers use that accommodation during an assessment?
