2. Compose a personal reflection on how you can apply something Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie talked about to your own life, either personal or professional. It would be great if you could apply your reflection toward how the lesson can help you approach people in your career. (250-300 words)

3. Responses must be specific rather than vague.
