"Equal Access to Education"  Please respond to the following:

• Use the Internet or Strayer library to research two (2) articles on access and equity in the field of public education over the past fifty (50) years.
• Next, identify and discuss two (2) ways in which certain populations of students are being left out in public education, supporting your position with scholarly research and not just opinion.
•  Finally, identify one (1) program which has been developed to ensure equal access to public education in the U.S. and explain why you think it is effective.
