Think about a business project on which you have worked. How would you apply an enterprise analysis framework to this project? The BABOK® Guide talks about key performance indicators (KPIs) in Section 10.28 as tools that measure progress toward a strategic goal and aid in enterprise analysis. Discuss how using KPI milestones could also be used by business analysts as a communication tool during the evaluation stage. Why are strong communication skills important to today’s business analysts?
