Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words: 

Using information from this week’s required learning activities, how are policy claims used in the program evaluation process and what effect do policy claims have on the elements of argumentation? Provide an example from your organization or local government in which the type of policy claim affected the design of the analysis. Explain how personal or community ethics might contradict the analytical results of a program evaluation and how might policy analysts appropriately communicate outcomes in which ethics contradict the analytical results?
