In  this assignment, identify one area of your professional life that could  benefit from increased self-management.  Look at the diagram in the  Background section above and use it as an outline for your assignment.

The Week 4 assignment is to write a 600-word paper that identifies  one area of your professional life that could benefit from increased  self-management. After identifying the area to be improved, write a  three-step process for improving your own self-management skills. 

One of the most important requirements of this assignment is to use  and cite at least two strong sources of information about developing a  healthy mind.  Make sure that you include appropriate IWG in-text and  Reference list citations.
