The discussion topic this week focuses on community-based interventions and the role of community psychologists as agents of social change. Consider and respond to the following. Discussion #1

Reflect on your current or future role as an agent of social change. Describe how your personal values, experiences and cultural background are reflected in your perception of your role as social change agent. Describe how domestic and international political and social issues are likely to influence your role as a community psychologist. How will you insure that you engage in reflective practice (praxis) as a community psychologist?
