Week 3 focuses on the needs of healthcare organizations to meet the clinical performance expectations of the Institute of Medicine. This week, you will learn more about the functions of clinical support services within an organization and the role they play in supporting performance excellence. In addition, Week 3 will provide insight to the purpose and functions of the physician organization.
