The project assignment provides a forum for analyzing and evaluating relevant topics for this week on the basis of the course competencies covered.

Introduction:

In this last project, you will design and implement a person-focused performance plan.

Tasks:

• Evaluate the performance appraisal models and determine which one will work best on generation Y.
• Design a person-focused performance plan.
• Analyze how the performance plan is tied to the company’s goals, mission, and training programs for the employees.
• Explain the monitoring and execution of the person-focused performance plan.
