• Leadership, Safety, and Employee Trust
• Health and Safety in the Workplace

Introduction:

In this project, you will be required to select an article to evaluate in which an employee’s negligence or horseplay resulted in a life-threatening injury or death of an employee.

Tasks:

• Evaluate the article and provide a complete synopsis that led to workplace safety violation.
• Identify what strategies will be used to assist employees in managing the stress of this situation.
• Explain the correlation between the Big Five personality assessment and organizational safety.
• Analyze how you can tailor a safety training program that will benefit the employees, change behavior, and ensure the employees recognize the importance of following the workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Include graphics for the Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and include notes in the appropriate section of the PowerPoint slides.

To support your work, use your course and textbook readings and also use the South University Online Library. As in all assignments, cite your sources in your work and provide references for the citations in APA format.

Submission Details:

• Create a 15–20-slide PowerPoint presentation with notes and graphics.
