ABC International, Inc.

In Week 2, you assessed the CEO’s and leader’s philosophy of the organization, proposed a goal alignment with CSR and designed a new Mission Statement. In the final assignment, you will evaluate the leadership issues impacting to the organization, develop a plan and summarize your findings.

Tasks:

Evaluate leadership issues affecting the organization.

• Analyzed categories from the Hogan Assessment Leadership Profile (i.e., Challenge, The Engagement Leader, EQ and Values) and developed an actionable leadership plan. 
• Design a sample compensation package linked to the leadership plan.
• Defend key recommendations to be provided to the CEO based upon your assessment of the organization.
• To support your work, use your course and textbook readings as well as the South University Online Library. As in all assignments, cite your sources in your work and provide references for the citations in APA format.
