Evaluate various interview strategies and simulations. Based on research and your experiences, identify two strategies that would work best to ensure best fit/match for vacancies in your organization or one that you are familiar with. Then, propose a new, innovative approach you would consider (not currently in use or identified in our course materials) that you would consider that offers greater results in identifying/selecting the best person for the job.
