Court. What if you were a judge in a rural mid-western town. You see on a daily basis the harm that methamphetamine does to people, and you are aware of a high rate of relapse among defendants you see in your courtroom. How would you impose a sentence on a three-time convicted methamphetamine user? Defend your answer.
