Week 3 discussion

The Planetree Model was introduced in the 1970s and is a model that attempts to create patient centered healthcare. Discuss that model and what it means to you as a patient, as a healthcare administrator, and the medical community, for example, which healthcare workers are the champions of the model? Visit the Planetree website, http://planetree.org/ and find a facility that is a member. See if you can find a facility in your area or state. Include this organization in your initial post, and provide a link to their site if one is available.
