Week 3 Discussion 1 - Concept of Culture

This Power Point examines the meaning of culture in depth including subcultures and cultural differences in communication and social behavior.  Slide Numbers 5 and 6 detail what can be the results of insensitivity to different cultures from a business standpoint.  Look carefully at those slides and give a comparative example of what might take place in your school if the school executive fails to be sensitive to cultural differences among staff and/or students.
