Describe the various stakeholder communication channels and provide examples where you have seen this demonstrated.

Describe what a phantom stakeholder may be? Provide specific examples of a phantom stakeholder. Throughout a project, do random, new people, want to become a stakeholder? How should a project manager handle this?
