• Based on your understanding of the reading this week, compare and contrast Knowle's Andragogy versus McCluskey's Theory of Margin. In doing this, defend or critique the basic assumptions that Knowles makes. Do you think those assumptions are valid or do you think they are flawed for some reason? •  McClusky's work focuses heavily on motivation and how it can be impacted by a learner's life events and previous learning experiences, both positive and negative.
