For your course project, you need to create a strategic technology plan for a real business or fictitious business. Keep in mind that you are putting together a plan to either keep the business at the top of what they are already doing or create plan to help the company with a new product or failed product. Your strategy should be making comments about your plan for the company and each section of the plan will cover the course objectives (COs) of each week. To get additional resource material, look at processes and practices of companies/competitors in that space. This will also help compare and contrast information. Lastly, you can adopt any best practices to make suggestions for your selected company. 

Define your research topic. Prepare a 100-150 word paragraph the gives the rationale for why you think this is an important topic and how you intend to go about researching it. Cite at least two references for material supporting your response. The Instructor must approve your project.
