Week 2 Learning Team Assignment: ADR Clause for Learning Team Charter Paper

The drafting of an ADR Clause allows students to consider the potential for conflict in a small group environment. This is particularly relevant to the issues in this course because ethics can guide how we deal with conflict. This assignment asks students to apply the lessons to a contractual agreement with which they are familiar. It also makes alternative dispute resolution less conceptual in nature.
