The WBS is a great management tool for projects. How would you communicate the importance of the WBS to the average worker that is being impacted by the project? What elements should and should not be in a WBS and why?

Communication is essential during any project. Draft a communication plan to make a department of 100 users aware that their desktop computers will be upgraded to the newest version of Windows over the weekend and they need to back up all files. How would you get them excited about this change in your communication?
