Consider the organization where you work (Sheriff's Office in Rural Kansas). Identify some obstacles in your organization that will make it difficult to implement a change process. How might you address these issues to help successfully advocate for the change effort? Are there any stakeholder groups that might be able to assist you in this effort? What would be their roles?
